You or someone else submitted "356", means that the examiner submitted the exam details.
You or someone else submitted "719", 719 means that the VA has ordered your C&P examination with the provider that they used, it means that the information you provided was complete and satisfied their requirements need for the VA to order your exam, and that is what they did its designated by 719 this is what 719 means, hope this helps it's a very good thing and it means you automatically moved to C&P phase so this is actually good news
